Another one of our favorite cities for Street Style - Browse through our favorite looks and the pieces we have to achieve them!!
Our sense of style and how we approach fashion is more of an everyday practical approach to how we can fit fashion in our lives and not the other way around. We got shit to do, places to be, meetings to attend, and a whole lot of running around to do. Now, don't get us wrong - we love fashion. We live it, breathe it, and embody it in every sense - but it has to work for us and not vice-versa. That is why Berlin is a good fit for us - the city's approach to fashion and the people's approach to fashion here resonates with ours.
Here are our favorite looks from Berlin Fashion Week and pieces that will inspire you to channel their looks with your own twist!!

What's more comfortable than a sweater? - seriously though, nothing. I've been living in this vintage cobalt blue cable knit chunky sweater for a while now and it just works for any occasion. I can dress it up (paired with a pencil skirt with a thigh-high risque slit and slinky heels) and just as easily dress it down (tucked into high-waisted jeans, scrunchy socks, and sneakers).
Luckily, sweaters have been given a make-over and don't necessarily belong in the loungewear section of your wardrobe. You have sheer sweaters, sweaters with appliques, and specially treated fabrics as options to help assist you in taking the sweater to every occasion.
What's better than belting a beautiful oversized sweater at the waist and pairing it with a body-con pencil skirt? Creme Brulee. Maybe.

We love being inspired by the runway and translating those trends into everyday life. We'll be creating our own little trend report every season and giving tips on how to achieve those looks without breaking the bank!!
One color or range of color that we see predominantly in the FW14 collections is the pastel. Pastel pink and nude ruled the runway but pastel blue was a close second.
We see a lot of 'show stopper' pastel pieces - as in, they make your outfit and should be the stand out piece - no need to go nuts (but, hey, - who the hell are we to judge!?)
We love stepping out of character and pairing pastels together (like the Nude Pastel Pink Teddy Bomber Jacket with the Pastel Blue Vegan Leather Skater Skirt) on a day where we're channeling Jem of Jem and the Holograms!
On usual days though, it's the Pastel Pink Vegan Leather Skirt with a grey chunky knit cropped turtle neck, scrunchy socks and sneakers & the Plaid Swing Coat with a black bodycon pencil skirt and an ecru bodysuit with killer heels.
